Your favorite Offroad Parts and Accessories shop just got better, a lot better!

As soon as possible, usually the next business day. We make every effort to have all products available for immediate shipment. In the event that part of your order is on Back Order, we will ship the available parts and mark the "Back Order" column of the invoice to designate those product(s) that are on Back Order. You will also be notified by phone or e-mail if any items are on Back Order and be given the estimated delivery time.

If any parts you order are out of stock in our warehouse, to save time, we will often have them Drop Shipped directly to you from the manufacturer. We will also Drop Ship large or heavy items in order to keep the shipping costs to a minimum.

Free Shipping

Items marked as "Free Shipping" will be shipped free to the lower 48 US states. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and other territories may incur additional shipping charges.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated as accurately as possible, however, on ocassion additional shipping charges may be incurred, especially for heavy or oversize items. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and other territories may incur additional shipping charges. You will be contacted about any additional shipping costs.

Will you ship outside the USA?

No, we have experienced too much fraud from orders outside of the USA and will no longer ship any orders outside the USA. Exceptions will be made for shipping to Canada, depending on the product, please contact customer service on 888 711 5908, or send an e-mail to support@trailduty.com for assistance.

I do not see Alaska or Hawaii listed as states you ship to?

Due to the size or weight of some products and supplier territory restrictions not all products can be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii. Please send an e-mail to support@trailduty.com for assistance.

Is there a money back guarantee?

Yes, we offer a Money Back Guarantee on the parts we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of the parts you receive, you may return them for a refund, less shipping costs. This guarantee is good for 30 days from the sale date. Does not apply to custom or special order items.

Special Order Items

Any item that is ordered directly from the manufacturer or contains any custom element is considered a special order item. Special order items can only be returned due to a manufacturing or fitment error. Special order items may not be able to be canceled once the order is placed. If a product is considered a special order item then full payment will be made at the time of order.

Return Policy

Before returning any products, please contact customer service on 888 711 5908 (361 288 2466) or send an e-mail to support@trailduty.com to request an (RMA) Returned Merchandise Authorization number. This RMA number must be placed on the outside of the returned package along with a copy of the original invoice and returned to Trail Duty LLC. Products returned within 30 days from the invoice date are eligible for a refund subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Returns after 30 days from the invoice date will only receive store credit and be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. No returns after 90 days from the invoice date will be accepted. Refunds will be given on products only, not labor/installation charges, shipping, or any other charges. All products must be returned in the original package, not be damaged or installed and must be in resellable condition. All returned products must be sent freight prepaid and are subject to a reboxing and restocking charge. Purchases of products designated as "Non-Returnable" on the product information page are final and cannot be returned for refund or store credit. Additional conditions apply to Free Shipping and Flat Rate Shipping returns as outlined in the following sections.

Free Shipping Returns, Warranty & Exchanges

Customer returns for products that received free shipping will have the actual outbound shipping charges incurred by Trail Duty LLC deducted from the refund. Replacement products shipped out for warranty or exchanges do not qualify to receive free shipping and will be billed at the actual shipping charges incurred by Trail Duty LLC.

Flat Rate Shipping Returns, Warranty & Exchanges

In the event that the flat rate shipping charge is less than the actual shipping charges, Customer returns for products that received flat rate shipping will have the difference between the actual outbound shipping charges incurred by Trail Duty LLC and the flat rate shipping charge deducted from the refund. Replacement products shipped out for warranty or exchanges do not qualify to receive the flat rate shipping charge and will be billed at the actual shipping charges incurred by Trail Duty LLC.

Warranty

All merchandise and products we sell is subject to the Manufacturer's Warranty & Restrictions. In most cases we are authorized by the manufacturer to handle or assist with warranty claims directly. Warranty claims will cover replacement or repair of the products only and will not cover labor/installation charges, damages or shipping charges. Back Ordered & Drop Shipped Parts

Shipping Damage Claims

Shipping damage must be reported to the delivery company or delivering freight company within 48 hours of delivery for a claim for replacement to be accepted. If you experience a problem with the delivery or freight company handling your damage claim, please send an e-mail to support@trailduty.com for assistance.

Limitation on Liability

Trail Duty LLC will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, even if Trail Duty LLC has been previously advised of the possibility of such damages, whether in an action. under contract, negligence, or any other theory, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use, or performance of the information, services, products, and materials available from this site. These limitations will apply notwithstanding to any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in which case the above limitations may not apply to you. All products purchased are used at the purchasers own risk.
